We can personalize (imprint) all styles of Built NY totes in quantities as small as 12 with your corporate or organization logo, or some word or phrase of your choosing.

Here's the fine print:  $39 one-time setup fee (waived on reorders); minimum quantity 144; one color, one area.  For less than 144 totes, there is a printing surcharge per item.  Shipping extra.

Thus we will imprint 144 to 299 totes for you at the regular MSRP, then we offer additional discounts.  We pay the basic imprinting charges (except $39 setup fee, for which we email you a proof of your tote).  See below for Terms and Conditions.

Terms and Conditions

1. For a logo, you must supply digital or camera ready art.  Our strong preference is for vector art in Adobe Illustrator 10 or later, generic vector EPS, or an Adobe PDF file.  We will attempt to reprocess the following formats, but there may be a fee:  QuarkExpress, PageMaker, Publisher, Word Perfect, Freehand, or web images less than 72 dpi.  Raster art at 300 dpi is generally fine.
2. For non-logo'd personalization (a word or phrase), you do not need to send in anything, but you can specify a font, if you wish.
3. Logo placement approval by email is included as part of the setup fee.  Physical samples are available by prepayment of $90 (for single color in one area) plus shipping.
4. Pricing in the chart above is "per logo per tote"; that is, if you want some of the totes to have a different logo, you must read the pricing chart separately for each set of totes.  Example:  200 totes, half with one logo, half with another, pricing is at the 100-tote rate for all.
5. Your first order incurs a $39 logo setup charge (one area, one color).  Reorders will include a half-price setup charge of $19.
6. You may order any number of totes (minimum 12 total) in any mix of styles (minimum of 12 per style, and style changes may involve second setup fee or jig change fee of $15).
7. You must order a minimum of three cases (144 totes) to avoid an imprinting surcharge.
8. Tote colors may be mixed without additional charge.
9. If a different size logo is required for an order containing different sized totes, an additional logo setup fee will be required.
10. If multiple areas need to be printed (e.g., the left and right sides of a 2-bottle wine tote or the front and back of any tote), a separate setup charge of $29 applies (if the imprint is different) and an additional imprinting charge of $.40 per tote applies for each additional area.
11. The free imprinting applies to 1-color imprints on one area of the tote.  If you want additional colors, a separate setup charge of $29 applies for each color, and you need to add $.40 per tote for each additional color. 
12. You can choose whatever ink color(s) you want, but the same ink color(s) must be used for an entire run, otherwise a $25 fee is charged for each change.
13. Order quantity is subject to an industry standard 5% production variance.  That is, the number of totes shipped may vary by up to 5% in either direction (though this has never happened to date).  It is possible we will end up rebating you the cost of a few totes or charging you for a few extra post-production.  (To date, this has never been an issue.)
14. If we imprint a double-bottle tote, you may choose to imprint on one bottle's side.  However, in most cases you will probably choose a centered logo; and due to the tote stitching between the two sides, the maximum height of the logo is 1-1/2", with about 7" available horizontally.  (A logo can be larger than 1-1/2" on either side of the stitching, however.)  NOTE:  If you choose to put a logo on both the left and right sides of the tote, the sponginess of the neoprene requires that each side be blocked and screened separately, so a separate imprinting fee applies as specified in "multiple areas" above.
15. We will match PMS colors as closely as possible if you supply the PMS color number.
16. Turnaround time is generally 2 weeks from approval of logo to shipping.  Rush service of five working days is available for a surcharge of $30.  Super Rush service of three days is available for a $60 surcharge.
17. Shipping to more than one location will incur a $10 surcharge for each additional location.
18. Our preferred shipper is UPS.  You may give us a UPS shipper number, or we will bill you actual charges later.  The use of other shippers is subject to a $15 surcharge, even with your number, because they charge that fee to pickup.
