Here's the fine print:  $39 one-time setup fee (waived on reorders); minimum quantity 48; one color, one area.  For less than 48, there is a $1.96 surcharge per item over MSRP.  Shipping extra, at cost.

Thus we will imprint 48 to 143 bags for you at the regular Bracksco price per bag (which is already below MSRP), then we offer additional discounts.  We pay the basic imprinting charges (except setup).  See below for Terms and Conditions.

Terms and Conditions

1. For a logo, you must supply digital or camera ready art.  Our strong preference is for vector art in Adobe Illustrator 10, generic vector EPS, or an Adobe PDF file.  We will attempt to reprocess the following formats, but there may be a fee:  QuarkExpress, PageMaker, Publisher, Word Perfect, Freehand, or web images less than 72 dpi.  Raster art at 300 dpi is generally fine.  Call for details.
2. For non-logo'd personalization (a word or phrase), you do not need to send in anything, but you can specify a font, if you wish.
3. Logo placement approval by email is available prior to imprinting (no charge).  Physical samples are available by prepayment of $90 (for single color in one area) plus shipping.
4. Pricing in the chart above is "per logo per bag"; that is, if you want some of the bags to have a different logo, you must read the pricing chart separately for each set of bags.  Example:  200 bags, half with one logo, half with another, pricing is at the 48-143 rate for all.
5. Your first order incurs a $39 logo setup charge (one area, one color).  Reorders may include a reduced setup charge (currently waived, but normally $15).
6. You may order any number of bags (minimum 12) in any mix of styles (though style changes may involve second setup fee)..
7. You must order a minimum of one case (48 bags) to avoid a surcharge.  The premium for ordering fewer bags is $1.26 per bag over MSRP.
8. Bag styles may be mixed without additional charge, IF the same screen can be used; otherwise separate setup fees apply.
9. Bag colors may be mixed.
10. If a different size logo is required for an order containing different sized bags, an additional logo setup fee will be required.
11. If multiple areas need to be printed (e.g., the left and right sides of a 2-bottle BYO bag or the front and back of any bag), a separate setup charge of $25 applies (if the imprint is different) and an additional imprinting charge of $.60 per bag applies for the second area, $.20 for each area beyond two.
12. The free imprinting applies to 1-color imprints on one area of the bag.  If you want additional colors, a separate setup charge of $25 applies for each color, and you need to add $.60 per bag for the second color, and $.20 for each additional color. 
13. You can choose whatever ink color(s) you want, but the same ink color(s) must be used for an entire run, otherwise a $25 fee is charged for each change.
14. Order quantity is subject to an industry standard 5% production variance.  That is, the number of bags shipped may vary by up to 5% in either direction (though this has never happened to date).  It is possible we will end up rebating you the cost of a few bags or charging you for a few extra post-production.  (To date, this has never been an issue.)
15. If we imprint a double-bottle bag, you may choose to imprint on one bottle's side.  However, in most cases you will probably choose a centered logo; and due to the bag stitching between the two sides, the maximum height of the logo is 1-1/2", with about 7" available horizontally.  (A logo can be larger than 1-1/2" on either side of the stitching, however.)  NOTE:  If you choose to put a logo on both the left and right sides of the bag, the sponginess of the neoprene requires that each side be blocked and screened separately, so a separate imprinting fee applies as specified in "multiple areas" above.
16. We will match PMS colors as closely as possible if you supply the PMS color number.
17. Turnaround time is generally 2 weeks from approval of logo to shipping.  Rush service of five days is available for a surcharge of $25 per color and location. 
18. Shipping to more than one location will incur a $10 surcharge for each additional location.
19. Our preferred shipper is UPS.  You may give us a UPS shipper number, or we will bill you actual charges later.  The use of other shippers is subject to a $15 surcharge, even with your number, because they charge that fee to pickup.
