1705 PRIME

You can't miss the wine room at 1705 PRIME:  you have to walk by one side or the other of the fully glass-encased room to enter the dining area!  Inside there is room for over 1500 bottles of wine, one of which is displayed facing out for every three facing in (using our Floor-to-Ceiling Frame Mounts).  The original restaurant (1705 Prime Chophouse) opened in April 2007, but in May 2008 they closed the Chophouse and reopening for catering only under the name 1705 Prime Catering and Events.)

1705 PRIME is one of a half dozen restaurants owned by Rocky Top Hospitality Restaurants.  It took over the location of their original Michael Dean's restaurant in a beautiful southern home.  Fully remodeled, it offers a gorgeous fine dining environment, including several private dining rooms and outside dining.
