1705PRIME Chophouse

You can't miss the wine room at 1705PRIME:  you have to walk by one side or the other of the fully glass-encased room to enter the restaurant!  Inside there is room for over 1500 bottles of wine, one of which is displayed facing out for every three facing in (using our Floor-to-Ceiling Frame Mounts).  The restaurant opened in April 2007.  (UPDATE:  In May, 2008, they closed the Chophouse and are reopening for catering only.)

1705PRIME is one of a half dozen restaurants owned by Rocky Top Hospitality Restaurants, and it has taken over the location of their Michael Dean's restaurant, which moved a mile up the road in 2006.  Fully remodeled, it offers a beautiful fine dining environment, including several private dining rooms and the Stinger Lounge.
