The unit you see above is one of several possible combinations sold in "kit" form.  There are six components in the 7'-8" high configuration above:

• 3 standalone rack sections containing 3-deep VintageView racks (one on the left and the two on the back)
• 2 add-on rack sections (two of the three columns on the left)
• 1 Tasting Cabinet Group (the lattice rack and the cabinet, which has one shelf)
• a baseboard molding
• a top valance (hidden)
• crown molding

Not shown but available are:

• an add-on rack section for magnums (2-deep and wider)
• a filler strip to extend the finished wood horizontally to a wall, if there is a gap

Everything you need to assemble the racks comes with our packaging except tools, the cabinet top (which you would probably purchase in granite or marble locally), and finishing nails.  Tools required are:  hammer, screwdriver, compound miter saw, and possibly wood clamps to hold components together while inserting screws.  You may also choose to countersink some screws, thus requiring a drill.  The wood is 3/4" thick.

The racks themselves come in green, black, and nickel.  As shown, the configuration above costs about $4800 (before 25% discount, in green or black, about $120 more in nickel) and holds 351 bottles, not counting what you might put in or on the cabinet.

To configure a unit, you need a Starter Cabinet Group (consisting of a 7-foot column of racks and two sides of wood), to which you add as many Cabinet Group Extensions (7 feet of racks plus one wood side) as you wish (or alternatively, one or more Magnum Group Extensions).  The Tasting Cabinet Group consists of the combination of the lower cabinet and the upper lattice bottle holder.  To these you must add a Baseboard Molding and Valance, on top of which you will probably want to add the Crown Molding, and possibly one or more Filler Strips.

Note that the number of Baseboards, Valances, and Crowns you will need depends on the front dimensions of your unit, plus enough to wrap around the ends. You may need more than one of each.  The sample configuration above requires two each.
