Michelle Bianchi ObituaryMichelle Denise (St. Germain) Bianchi of Millis, passed away peacefully on Thursday July 17th, with her loving husband, Steve, by her side. She was predeceased by her parents, Alfred and Clara (Lavalle) St. Germain. She leaves her brothers, Fred and his wife Irene, Andre and his wife Barbara, Robert “Butch” and his wife Mary, and many nieces and nephews. Michelle was born in Woonsocket, RI and moved to Needham, MA at an early age. She attended St. Joseph Elementary School where she met many of her lifelong friends. Michelle was a graduate of Needham High School and went on to attend the University of Maine, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in education to be followed later with a master’s degree from Lesley College. Michelle taught for over 30 years in the Medfield school system where she received many accolades. She loved her first graders, and they loved her too. They even showed up at her wedding! She had many wonderful friends with whom she enjoyed great times, especially the circle of friends called “The Girls”. Steve and Michelle were married for 31 wonderful years together with their dogs, Bailey then Molly. They spent their summers on Martha’s Vineyard and enjoyed travelling, especially their yearly trip to Aruba. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend Michelle’s Mass of Christian Burial to be held in St. Joseph Church, 1360 Highland Avenue, Needham, on Friday, July 25th at 10am. Interment will be held on Friday afternoon at 12:45 at St. Charles Cemetery, 103 Farm St, Blackstone. In lieu of flowers, donations in Michelle's name may be made the The Animal Rescue League of Boston, 10 Chandler St, Boston MA 02116 (https://www.arlboston.org/) A Celebration of Michelle’s life will be held at a day and time to be announced.
