Peter L. Beguerie IV., of Milford, formerly of Needham, passed away on May 7, 2025. He was 78.

Peter was born and raised in Needham and was a graduate of Needham High Class of 1964. He worked at the William Carter Co for a brief time where he met Jeanne Tolman, who would later become his wife for over 50 years. Following in his grandfather’s footsteps, Peter began working with his father at the family business, Mellen Street Garage in Needham, until his retirement in 2000.

Peter is survived by his wife Jeanne (Tolman) Beguerie, his daughters Michelle Beguerie and her fiancé Daniel Bullens of Paisley, FL and Laura Carlow and her husband Rob of Franklin, his three grandchildren Brett, Alyssa and Derek Carlow and was predeceased by his parents, Peter and Ruth Beguerie and his brother Michael Beguerie.

A donation in his memory to Dana Farber Cancer Institute or the American Heart Assoc. would be appreciated.
